UV Oven in UV Automatic Plastic Painting Line:<br />
1. Main body of UV oven is made of sandwich board with insulation.<br />
2. UV Oven is specially is uded for curing of light curing coatings.<br />
3. Due to UV curing under normal temperature, it is applicable for various items and there is not need to give direct heating as it is one type of light curing.<br />
4. Generally, UV curing only takes 20sec so it can save area, energy, investment and running cost.<br />
5. Life span of UV lamp is 1500-2000h. Furthermore, 15-20% of the UV will disappear in its final period. Therefore, the reflection cover should be cleaned up regularly.<br />
